If weight is an issue, drink a full glass of water while eating and finish it off with a large size cuppa or coffee to fill the tummy. Loose the sugar, deserts and that slice of bread after, if possible. And watch them ounces shed. Or not. I just love food so the above keeps me satisfied and out of extra extra large T’s. 🤭🤣🤣🤣🍉
